Window Depot of the Ozarks is locally owned and operated by a team of trusted home improvement professionals serving Springfield, Missouri, and the surrounding Ozarks communities. With more than 40 years of combined experience in the remodeling industry, we help homeowners improve the comfort, appearance, and functionality of their homes with quality replacement windows, doors, and other exterior solutions.
Our goal is simple: provide homeowners with dependable products, professional installation, and a home improvement experience they can feel good about.
Meet Our Team
Todd
Todd was born and raised right here in the Ozarks. He has worked in the remodeling industry since 1995, with a particular focus on the bathroom industry beginning in 2008. After serving as a division manager for a national bathroom franchise, Todd knew he wanted to build something of his own right here at home.
In 2012, he partnered with Patrick to bring their shared vision for a locally owned home improvement company to life. By 2013, LifeMark Bath & Home was up and running.
When Todd isn’t working, you’ll usually find him enjoying the outdoors with his three dogs, KC, Chief, and Mizzie. He’s also a diehard NFL fan, so there’s no guessing which team he’s cheering for. Go Chiefs!
Patrick
Patrick has spent his entire life in the Ozarks. Before starting his own business, he worked for 18 years as a marketing consultant for a national wholesaler. When his longtime friend Todd approached him about starting a remodeling company together, Patrick saw an opportunity to pursue a lifelong dream.
Entrepreneurship runs in his family. His grandfather owned an auto body shop that continues to operate today, inspiring Patrick to build a business of his own. In 2012, he joined Todd in creating what would become LifeMark Bath & Home.
Outside of work, Patrick’s world revolves around his family. He’s a proud dad of two teenagers, and between baseball and cheerleading, there’s always something keeping him busy!
Tim
Tim grew up in Kentucky before making his way to Southern Missouri, where he entered the remodeling industry in 2000. He began working alongside Todd on bathroom remodeling projects in 2007. In fact, Tim was the one who trained Todd!
When their former company closed, Tim joined Todd and Patrick at LifeMark Bath & Home and has been part of the team from the beginning.
Away from work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Between band and orchestra activities, family life keeps him plenty busy.

When Todd and Patrick joined forces, they wanted to create a home improvement company built on trust, quality workmanship, and genuine customer care. Their goal was never to be the biggest company in the business. It was to build a company that homeowners could feel confident inviting into their homes.
That commitment was recognized early on. Within their first year in business, LifeMark Bath & Home was nominated for a Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.
Today, that same commitment to quality and customer service continues to guide our team. Through Window Depot of the Ozarks, we’re proud to bring that experience and dedication to homeowners looking for replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and other home improvement solutions throughout Springfield and the surrounding communities.
